Nicola Edwards joined Zacco in 2025, bringing more than 25 years of strategic and operational experience in human resources, primarily within leading multinational organizations in the technology and consultancy sectors.
Throughout her career, Nicola has demonstrated a strong commitment to fostering high-performing corporate cultures, with a particular focus on employee development, engagement, and organizational effectiveness. Nicola has held senior HR leadership positions at global technology companies including Oracle, where she served as HR Director for Sweden, and LinkedIn, where she supported the Nordics, Benelux, DACH, and Emerging Markets as HR Business Partner.
Prior to joining Zacco, Nicola was Nordic HR Director at Avanade, a joint venture between Microsoft and Accenture, where she was responsible for designing and executing people and culture strategies across the region.
At Zacco, Nicola leverages her extensive expertise to guide the development and implementation of inclusive and future-focused HR strategies, ensuring that employees are equipped to excel while upholding the highest professional standards.
