Mikael Palade

Mikael Palade joined Zacco in 2017, bringing with him a wealth of expertise developed over three decades of senior legal and finance positions across software, banking, manufacturing, government contractors and professional and consultancy services.

In his role as Chief Legal Officer at Zacco, Mikael drives Zacco’s legal strategy, ensuring compliance and supporting the business through risk management and navigating commercial obligations. He is responsible for defining our commercial and legal terms, as well as the negotiation, drafting and review of group wide commercial contracts.

Mikael is based out of Zacco’s Head Office in Copenhagen.
